* Ziyaretçilerimizin Dikkatine!

- Müze 10:00-22:00 saatleri arasında ziyarete açıktır. Biletleriniz uygun seans için geçerlidir.

- Kurumumuz Kültür Bakanlığı’na bağlı olmadığı için Müze Kart geçerli değildir.

- 65 yaş üstü ve 6 yaşından gün almamış çocuklar (aileleriyle birlikte) girişi ücretsizdir. Sadece yerli misafirler için geçerlidir.

- Satın alınan biletler aynı gün içerisinde bir kez giriş hakkına sahiptir. Bilet iadesi yapılmamaktadır.

- Online indirimli bilet satın alan misafirlerin girişte kimlik göstermesi zorunludur.

- Engelli kimlik kartı olanlar ve bir refakatçisi ücretsiz giriş yapabilir ( %70 ve üstü engeli olan kişi ile birlikte refakatçi girebilir) Kimlik gösterilmesi zorunludur.

- Gazi/şehit ve 1. derece yakınları, sarnıcı ücretsiz olarak ziyaret edebilirler.

- K.K.T.C. vatandaşları, T.C. vatandaşlarına uygulanan ücret tarifesinden ve giriş haklarından faydalanmaktadır.

- Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Vatandaşı olan Öğrenci, Öğretmen, Emniyet Personeli, Askeri Personel, İBB Çalışanı, kimliklerini ibraz etmek koşuluyla indirimli biletten yararlanabilirler.

* Mekan Kuralları

- Sarnıç içerisinde diğer ziyaretçileri rahatsız etmeden fotoğraf ve video çekmek serbesttir. Profesyonel çekimler ve tripodla yapılan her türlü çekim yazılı izne tabidir.

- Sarnıç yönetimi, uygun görmediği kişileri içeri almama hakkına sahiptir.

- Güvenlik ve/veya kalabalık nedeniyle müze valiz-bavul ile ziyaret edilememektedir.

- Sarnıca yiyecek ve içecek alınmamaktadır.

- Sarnıç içerisinde elektronik sigara dahil sigara içilmesi kesinlikle yasaktır.

- Evcil hayvan ile giriş yasaktır.

- Nemden dolayı tavanda su damlamaları bulunmaktadır, elektronik cihazlarınız sıvı teması sebebiyle zarar görebilir. Dikkatli olunmalıdır.

- Sarnıç içi karanlık ve zemin kaygandır. Dikkatli olunmalıdır.

- Sarnıç giriş-çıkış merdivenleri ve sarnıç içi yürüyüş platformları ince topuklu ayakkabı ile yürümeye uygun değildir.

- Sarnıç girişindeki merdivenlerden inip-çıkarken korkuluklara tutunulmalıdır.

- Sarnıç içerisindeki korkuluk seviyeleri düşüktür, korkuluklara yaslanmak tehlikeli ve yasaktır.

* Ticket Rules

- The museum is open between 10:00-22:00. Tickets are valid only for the session that you want to choose.

- Since our institution is not affiliated with the Ministry of Culture, Museum Pass is not valid.

- Entry is free for individuals aged 65 and over and for children under 7 years old.

- Purchased tickets allow for one entry on the same day. Ticket refunds are not available.

- Guests who purchase discounted tickets online must present identification upon entry.

- Entry is free for visitors with disabilities. Accompanying individuals for visually, physically, mentally, or child-disabled visitors with a disability companion card also have free entry. Identification is required.

- Veterans/martyrs and their first-degree relatives, Disability Card holders, and one accompanying person can visit the cistern for free (the accompanying person can enter with a person with a disability of 70% and above).

- Turkish Republic citizens who are Teachers, Students, Police, and Soldiers can benefit from discounted tickets upon presenting their IDs.

* Venue Rules

- Photography and videography inside the cistern are allowed without disturbing other visitors. Professional shoots and any kind of shooting with a tripod require written permission.

- The cistern management reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals it deems inappropriate.

- Due to security and/or crowd reasons, the cistern cannot be visited with suitcases or luggage.

- Food and drinks are not allowed inside the cistern.

- Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is strictly prohibited inside the cistern.

- Entry with pets is prohibited.

* Please Note

- There may be water dripping from the ceiling due to humidity, which can damage your electronic devices upon contact with liquid. Please be cautious.

- The inside of the cistern is dark and the floor is slippery. Please be careful.

- The stairs at the entrance and exit of the cistern, as well as the walkways inside the cistern, are not suitable for walking with high heels.

- Hold onto the handrails when going up and down the stairs at the entrance of the cistern.

- The railing levels inside the cistern are low, leaning on the railings is dangerous and prohibited.
